Returns and Damage
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, we are suspending product returns.
LPS Office Interiors stands behind every product we sell. In the event damage is apparent at delivery, it is imperative you contact customer service at 631.270.4488 or email info@lpsofficeinteriors.com immediately. All damage reported upon delivery will be dealt with accordingly. Proper notation of damage (carton crushed, box torn, etc.) on the delivery receipt will ensure our ability to fully replace the damaged items. We require immediate notification of damage upon delivery.
Order Cancellations and Changes
If you find the need to cancel an order or change an item, color, size, please call us as soon as possible at 631.270.4488 or email info@lpsofficeinteriors.com.
We will be glad to review all cases.
Cancellations are subject to restocking fees and/or processing fees.
